krystina wendelken (dancer)

Krystina Wendelken is from Long Island, NY. From a very young age, she started training with her mother, Jacqueline Jaramillo at the Seiskaya Ballet. She was offered a full scholarship to attend the Orlando Ballet School year round program, under the director of Peter Stark, where she trained for 7 years. At age 17 she moved to Carlisle, PA to train at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet under the direction of Marcia Dale Weary, Leslie Hench, and Laszlo Berdo. She then trained and performed for one year at Eglevsky Ballet under the direction of Laszlo Berdo. Krystina was offered a trainee position with The Washington Ballet, under the direction of Septime Webre, and she danced and performed there for 2 years. Krystina has received prizes and awards from numerous ballet competitions, she also was honored to perform for the Make A Wish Foundation in Washington DC.
